Taco
Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 head lettuce; washed, drained and shredded or cut into small pieces
1 or 2 diced tomatoes
1 lb. cooked, drained and cooled ground beef
1 8oz. package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 to 1 1/2 bottles Catalina dressing (you may use more if you like the salad
wetter)
1 medium bag crushed Doritos. Any brand of tortilla chips that are
seasoned will also do.
In a large bowl mix
the lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef and cheese. ***Just before
serving: add the Catalina dressing and crushed Doritos to the portion you
will eat now, in case there are leftovers.
Enjoy!!
The chips will get
soggy if you add the dressing and chips too soon before you eat.
